A quanto deve ammontare la pensione?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Per il 2026, l&#8217;intero importo di \u20ac154,94 spetta a chi riceve una o pi\u00f9 pensioni che, sommate, non superano\u00a0<strong>\u20ac7.954,05 <\/strong>annui<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>(\u20ac611,85 per 13 mensilit\u00e0). Ad esempio, chi riceve \u20ac8000 di pensione all&#8217;anno avr\u00e0 diritto a \u20ac108,99 di bonus.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>2. A quanto deve ammontare il reddito?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span color=\"#000000\" style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"caret-color: #000000;\">Avere una pensione bassa non basta: bisogna controllare anche gli altri redditi.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span color=\"#000000\" style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"caret-color: #000000;\">Per il 2026, i limiti sono:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span color=\"#000000\" style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"caret-color: #000000;\"><strong>&#8211; Se non sei sposato<\/strong>: il tuo reddito annuo non deve superare \u20ac11.931,08;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span color=\"#000000\" style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"caret-color: #000000;\"><strong>&#8211; Se sei sposato<\/strong>: il reddito tuo e del coniuge, sommati, non deve superare \u20ac23.862,15 all&#8217;anno.<\/span><\/span><span color=\"#000000\" style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"caret-color: #000000;\"><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span color=\"#000000\" style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"caret-color: #000000;\">Anche per chi \u00e8 sposato, per\u00f2, il proprio reddito personale non deve superare \u20ac11.931,08.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span color=\"#000000\" style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"caret-color: #000000;\"><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span color=\"#000000\" style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"caret-color: #000000;\"><strong>Se sei legalmente ed effettivamente separato<\/strong>, il reddito dell&#8217;ex coniuge non viene considerato.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00c8 importante sottolineare che questi limiti riguardano i <strong>redditi soggetti a IRPEF<\/strong>, non l&#8217;ISEE.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.4.4&#8243; text_font_size=&#8221;20px&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Non tutte le pensioni e gli assegni danno diritto ai \u20ac154,94.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Restano escluse<\/strong>, tra le altre:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; L&#8217;assegno sociale;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; La pensione sociale;\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; Le prestazioni assistenziali per invalidi civili<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sono escluse anche alcune pensioni particolari, come quelle di determinate categorie di ex dipendenti di enti creditizi e dirigenti d&#8217;azienda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.4.4&#8243; text_font_size=&#8221;20px&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p><span color=\"#000000\" style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"caret-color: #000000;\">No. I \u20ac154,94 <strong>non sono soggetti a IRPEF<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span color=\"#000000\" style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"caret-color: #000000;\">Questa somma non viene conteggiata come reddito per stabilire il diritto ad altre prestazioni previdenziali e assistenziali.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.4.4&#8243; text_text_color=&#8221;#0c71c3&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h1><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Attenzione_lINPS_puo_chiedere_indietro_i_soldi\"><\/span><strong>Attenzione: l&#8217;INPS pu\u00f2 chiedere indietro i soldi<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h1>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.4.4&#8243; text_font_size=&#8221;20px&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p><span color=\"#000000\" style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"caret-color: #000000;\">Anche dopo aver pagato il bonus, l&#8217;INPS pu\u00f2 effettuare ulteriori controlli.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span color=\"#000000\" style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"caret-color: #000000;\">Se scopre che il pensionato non aveva i requisiti per riceverlo, <strong>pu\u00f2 chiedere la restituzione dei soldi<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00c8 gi\u00e0 successo in passato: il 29 luglio 2026, l&#8217;INPS ha comunicato di aver avviato il recupero di alcuni bonus pagati negli anni precedenti a persone che, dopo i controlli, sono risultate non averne diritto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In questi casi, la restituzione \u00e8 stata prevista attraverso piccole trattenute sulla pensione, distribuite in 12 rate mensili a partire da agosto 2026.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Per questo \u00e8 importante verificare di rispettare tutti i requisiti, anche se il bonus viene accreditato automaticamente.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span color=\"#000000\" style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"caret-color: #000000;\"><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.4.4&#8243;
